Do you do upholstery work?

Unfortunately, we do not do upholstery work. This is an entirely different sort of expertise.

Do you prepare estimates for insurance companies?

We do not. We only work directly with the customer.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, please call first. Hours at the Noblesville, Indiana shop are typically 9:00-5:00, Monday-Friday. We do not make weekend appointments in Noblesville.

We will make weekend appointments in the Muskegon, Michigan area. Calls from the West Michigan service area will be answered at almost any time.

Do you need my location?

Since we operate in two areas (Muskegon, MI and Noblesville, IN), it is very helpful to know your location at the time you make your first contact with us.

How long will it take for my project to be completed?

It varies significantly depending on the type of job, the size of the job, and how many projects we have in the shop at the time. Smaller jobs may be completed in one or two weeks. Larger jobs that are more complex may take up to 12 weeks. We are, at times, restricted by needed material(s) that are not available.

Will you pick up or deliver my furniture?

Yes, we’ll gladly arrange pick up and delivery. Depending on distance & circumstances, there may be a charge

Do you do on-site work, such as floors, cabinets, and banisters?

We have done this work in the past, but do not at this time. Currently, our shop work keeps us quite busy, but that may change in the future. However, one exception is that we will do home entryways.

Do you accept credit card payment?

No, we only accept cash or check.

Do you repair mechanisms in chairs or sofas?

No, we do not repair furniture mechanisms.
